• Question: how do you look inside stars!?!

      Now here’s a really good question! Nice one! So we can’t physically “see” into a star with visable light, but that doesn’t mean you can’t use other frequencies of energy! A lot of work has been done by looking at how sound waves travel in the sun – by measuring different properties of the waves, like how they bounce around in the star, we can get an idea of how density changes, and with computer models and what we see happening on the surface of the star, we can build up a picture of what the sun looks like!
