I hope to use the money not to benefit my resources, but to provide money for outreach projects for schools – this will probably be for transport to come and see the 3D planetarium we have – it’s really cool!

The money wouldn’t go far on scientific equipment or software so I will use it to buy items to take into schools such as HEXBUGS or this sort of machine

Do you mean benefit my research?
Well the prize money would benefit science as a whole rather than just my research, because I’d use it to run a ‘Space Camp’ at my lab, where you guys could come along and learn how to be astronauts and build rockets and fun things like that. And if that meant you would become more excited about science, then that means science is being benefitted 🙂 -
