Anything is possible! It’d take AGES to get there tho, I think like 15 years!!

It isn’t possible for us to go there now because it would probably take almost 10 years to get there, and we don’t know how to survive in space for 10 years!

But the first spacecraft to Pluto (New Horizons) was launched in 2006 and should reach Pluto in 2015, to find out more about it and it’s moon Charon.

I don’t see why not! Unfortunately it just took one of the space probes (Voyager) 33 years to get there, so if you set off on a probe the same as Voyager, you’d be about 80 by the time you got back – and I’m sure that’s not the only thing you’d want to do in your life! At the moment it’s not possible to do it in a lifetime as there are other things to consider, such as how do you bring with you years and years of food and water? Maybe when we invent faster spacecraft it will be possible!

There is a space craft called New Horizons that is heading for Pluto right now! It will get there in 2015 and return the first images of the dwarf planet and its Moon system. you can follows its progress here (http://pluto.jhuapl.edu/mission/whereis_nh.php) and on twitter @NewHorizons2015
