• Question: do you think that the earth is till expanding ?

      I’d imagine it is – as more meteorites land on the Earth, more and more material builds up on it. But the effect is tiny on a year-to-year basis – you’d have to watch the material build up over millions of years to notice it.

      The earth is pretty static, if anything it’s gaining tiny bits of mass from meteorites and things that hit it! The Universe, though, is still expanding as far as we know.
