First, you enrol for a program called “I’m a Scientist, Get Me Out of Here”. Then you ask a bunch of smart scientists. Then one of them tells you the answer. Then you’re totally set.
Do you mean a space helmet? Well, it’s pretty difficult. Some suits have little pouches in them containing water so the astronauts can drink. They used to have food in them too, but of course there isn’t much room, so the astronauts are limited to how much time they can spend in a pressurised suit.
