• Question: on a scale of 1-10 how fun is it to be a scientist

      Somewhere around 1,000,000,000,000,000. On a serious note, I love my job…in fact it doesn’t feel like a job a lot of days – especially the ones where you get to play around with liquid nitrogen and perform experiments nobody has ever done before.

      I think you make your own fun as a scientist.
      For me it ranges between about 4 and 8 depending on what I’m doing…

      I’d say about an 8 just because sometimes it can be horrid and boring 😀
