• Question: what grades did you get in ur gcses? for science maths engilsh

      I got A’s and A*s in all of them (and a C in French…je ne comprends pas). Don’t let that put you off though – some of the most famous scientists were rubbish at exams!

      I didn’t do GCSE’s as a went to school in Australia, but in the equivalent years I had a whole variety of marks. I normally got As in science maths and english, but that doesn’t mean I needed to… I found those subjects were the ones that interested me so I put more effort in. I was never much good at remembering facts though so History was never my thing…

      Hey,
      I got A for Maths, A* for Physics and A* for English if I remember correctly. But then my grades went down a lot for A level!
      I wouldn’t worry though, my grades have never held me back and you really can achieve anything if you try hard enough!

      I got mostly As ands A*s and a couple of Bs. In science and maths I got As, and English was one of my Bs.
